No stakes are allowed!  Our sprinkler system is everywhere.  Five-gallon buckets are available for $10 for 4 at the Chamber booth.

  4. UNLOADING: You may not drive your vehicle on the grass to your designated space. Unload as quickly as possible. We have help if you need it. Then immediately move your vehicle to the designated parking area BEFORE setting up.
  5. PARKING: Park your vehicles near the cabins to the North along the gravel road paralleling Spruce Mountain Road.  Vehicles with trailers should park close to the log Town Hall behind the cabins.  We want to leave as much close-in space as we can for paying customers.
  6. NO ELECTRICITY: No electricity is provided except for food and drink vendors.
  7. SECURITY: Security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights from 8PM to 7AM.
  8. ATTIRE: Present your wares professionally, suitable for a family-oriented event.
  9. SALES TAX: You are responsible for sales taxes to be paid under your Special Event license from the State of Colorado. Total sales tax is 7.9% (CO 2.9%, Douglas County 1%, and Larkspur 4.0%).  Larkspur tax is no longer collected separately but we are required to keep a record of all sales and taxes collected.  You MUST report your total sales and tax collected before leaving the show!  CO special event sales tax returns will be due by Oct. 20.
  10. BREAKDOWN OF BOOTH: Breakdown begins at 5:00 PM on Saturday and at 4 PM on Sunday.  Again, please leave your booth area clean.
